The ninth in a sequence of plates demonstrating the muscles, it is the first of those that show the body from behind. It is a reprint of a plate made for the Bauman Anatomia Deudsch of 1551 (it copies Geminus 1545). It is ultimately derived from page 194 of Vesalius 1543.
