This is a new plate, introduced in this edition, showing the uterus and adnexa. However, the uterus is shown as bi-cornuate (the legend notes that the 'sides' of the uterus are called, by others 'horns') so it is not, in fact, a human uterus. {need to check text to see if said to be animal}
