Description: 
Dissection of the human eye and, on a table, the surgical instruments used in dissection and a pig attached to a board for vivisection. It is a reprint of a plate made for the Bauman Anatomia Deudsch of 1551 (it copies Geminus 1545). This is a composite plate that ultimately derives from pages 643, 644, 235 and 661 of Vesalius 1543. N.B - different positioning of second title.
