Description:
The legends are missing from this damaged page : they are as in record 217 [Geminus 1552]. Partial view of circulatory system, with detail of male reproductive system and urinary tract. This page is printed from two copper plates. The left plate is derived from a leaf inserted before page 415 and the right plate is copied after a leaf inserted after page 413 of Vesalius 1543 (this second leaf is missing in the EUL copy; however both are included in the second, edition, Basle edition of 1555) see pp.505 and 506). It is a later state of the plate in Geminus 1552, ai0066.
