Description:
View of the muscular system of a man from behind, "self-demonstrated", with parts of his muscles splayed and peeled away to show further detail. This plate is ultimately derived from page 197 of Vesalius 1543 (the landscape with bridge over town omitted). It is a later state of the plate in Geminus 1552, ai0055.
