View of a standing man from the back, with right arm raised, progressive dissection. This is a composite plate that ultimately derives from pages 200 and 201 of Vesalius 1543. Note that there is a relationship with plate inserted after D.iv of Geminus 1552 (note especially the treatment of the ground). (See Valverde 1559:ai0019, the plate is the same but selectively refreshed).
