This sheet is an unsigned copy of the plan at shelfmark MS.1647.Z.02/66a, which shows William Skinner's repairs and additions to Fort Augustus, as a consequence of its partial destruction by the army of Charles Edward Stuart, just before Culloden, in 1746. The original plan follows Skinner's initial plan at shelfmark MS.1647.Z.02/65a, (copies at shelfmarks MS.1647.Z.02/65b and MS.1647.Z.02/65c). There is another copy of this plan at shelfmark MS.1647.Z.02/66c, done by someone with the initials 'T.C.' There is a sheet of sections at shelfmark MS.1647.Z.02/70b to accompany the plan at shelfmark MS.1647.Z.02/66a, and a copy of those sections at shelfmark MS.1647.Z.02/70a.
