This sheet shows the foundations of one of the bastions at Fort George, Ardersier, where it was proposed to place some of the armament stores, and the workplaces for the skilled artisans. It is signed by William Skinner, and dated 1762, but there is no indication of the draughtsman. There is a copy of this at shelfmark MS.1647.Z.02/54b.
