This is a plan of Fort George, Ardersier, produced in 1754 to show how far building works had progressed. Although not signed by William Skinner, he was the chief engineer on the project, which was his major professional work. It has been signed by Charles Tarrant as the draughtsman. It is accompanied by a sheet of sections, which is at shelfmark MS.1646.Z.02/49b.
