This sheet of sections is the second of three accompanying the plan at shelfmark MS.1646.Z.02/40a, (and copy at shelfmark MS.1646.Z.02/40b), showing the progress in the building of the new Fort George at Ardersier Point, by 1750. It is signed by both William Skinner and Charles Tarrant. It follows the sheets of sections at shelfmark MS.1646.Z.02/41a, (copy at shelfmark MS.1646.Z.02/41b) and precedes the sheet at shelfmark MS.1646.Z.02/43a, (copy at shelfmark MS.1646.Z.02/43b), and shows the sections along lines 7.8, 9.10 and 11.12. There is an unsigned copy of this at shelfmark MS.1646.Z.02/42b.
