Description: 
One of a set of four plans of Stirling Castle, the others being 00002679, 00002681 and 00002682. Although there is no signature on this plan, one of the others in the series of four has been signed by Thomas Moore. There is an unsigned set of plans of Stirling Castle on images 00002705, 00002706, 00002707 and 000002708 which are copies of these plans, dated 1741. This sheet shows the barracks, the lieutenant's lodgings and vaults, the Governor's wine vault, the garrison's beer vault, the sutling rooms (private mess), storerooms for cattle fodder, with elevations of certain sections.
