There are drawings of a ship and ducks. The plan shows the houses, fields and quayside of the new planned village at Newburgh, Fife, on the river Tay. The houses stand at the quay alongside the road to Perth. Grass parks, orchards and garden ground lie behind. Marginal notes detail who each plot had been purchased from and list the occupiers of the new properties and the extent of their share.
