Description: 
This plan is drawn in ink with red detail. It shows the planned grid layout of the town with the square, streets and properties. The manse, church and bridge are drawn. The feuars and widths of individual plots are named. The original plan and the majority of the names are in pale ink. A different handwriting in darker ink has added additional names and changed the names of some feuars. There are also some marginal calculations.
